By the end of the school year, our school will ensure that all students have access to rigorous learning experiences, equitable resources, and meaningful collaborative opportunities that support continuous growth and achievement. Through individualized academic and behavioral supports, student-led goal setting and transition planning, and the integration of leadership principles across the school community, students will be empowered to discover their strengths, overcome challenges, advocate for their needs, and take ownership of their learning. Success will be measured by 100% student participation in transition planning and leadership activities and by at least 85% of students demonstrating growth in academic achievement, self-advocacy, leadership skills, and or individual goal attainment.
